International Returns & Exchanges (outside Spain)

 

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return it for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.

 

Although we offer free shipping on orders over €100 —or discounted shipping under €100 —the actual international shipping cost is €10. In the case of a return or exchange, this amount will always be deducted from your refund to cover shipping expenses.

 

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Happiest (Spain). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

Refunds will be issued for the value of the goods, minus the €10 shipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
